Refund Policy
General Policy
Refunds are only possible if work on the requested service has not yet started. Once work commences, refunds are not applicable.
Alternative Services
If you are not satisfied with the services provided, and refunds are not applicable, we offer the option to apply the remaining balance towards an alternative service. This option must be agreed upon by both parties to close the project.
Exceptions
In exceptional cases where a refund may be warranted, such as in the event of a significant service issue that cannot be resolved or substituted with an alternative service, please contact us at cohort@skeftstudios.com. Refund decisions will be made at our discretion.
Refund Process
To request a refund or discuss alternative services, contact us with your project details and reasons for the request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment within 20 business days.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds are not applicable once the final deliverables have been provided and approved. Our responsibility ends upon successful delivery and client approval of the final work.
