Skéft Studios provides a range of creative services tailored to product businesses. Our offerings include:

Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Work on your project will commence only after a 50% advance payment has been received.
- Final Payment: Upon completion, the final deliverables will include watermarked versions for your approval. The remaining 50% payment is required to release the final high-quality files without the watermark.
Project Delivery and Approval
- Final Deliverables: Deliverables will be submitted with a watermark. Upon your approval and final payment, we will deliver the high-quality files.
- Response Time: Clients are required to provide feedback within 2-3 business days. If no response is received within this timeframe, we may proceed based on our professional judgement.
- Preferred Communication Channels: Please use voice messages or scheduled meetings for communication. Avoid contacting us on personal phone numbers for optimal service and record-keeping.
Legal Action
If the final payment is not made within 7 days of project completion, we reserve the right to take legal action under applicable national and international laws.
Respectful Interaction
We expect a positive and professional working relationship. Repeated instances of disrespectful/rude behaviour may result in the termination and closure of the project.
Global Collaboration
We work with clients worldwide and embrace diverse communication. Clear and concise communication is essential for successful collaboration, regardless of language.
Error Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
- Errors: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors.
- Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided. We exclude any claims for lost profits, savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if potential losses are brought to our attention beforehand.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it shall be considered severable without affecting the enforceability of the remaining terms.
Team Downtime
Our team observes weekends (saturday and sunday) as downtime. Please factor this into consideration for project turnaround times.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India].
Changes to These Terms
